BRIEF
Dentro de los temas propuestos seleccionamos realizar una Infografía descriptiva o de muestra de un proceso de sucesos o actos.
DESARROLLO DE PROYECTO
La infografía aborda el ciclo menstrual como un proceso biológico complejo y continuo, alejándolo de miradas simplificadas. A través de la visualización, el proyecto busca el conocimiento del cuerpo como una forma de autonomía.
El ciclo menstrual se presenta como la interacción de dos procesos paralelos y cuatro hormonas clave.
La pieza combina datos científicos con una lectura sensible del cuerpo, integrando información sobre sangrado, síntomas físicos y estados emocionales, sin reducir el ciclo a una función reproductiva.
Desde un enfoque inclusivo, el proyecto propone desestigmatizar la menstruación, promover la educación corporal y habilitar una lectura informada del propio cuerpo, entendiendo al ciclo menstrual como parte central de la salud.

BRIEF
From the proposed topics, we chose to develop a descriptive infographic that explains a process through a sequence of events and stages.
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
This infographic presents the menstrual cycle as a complex and continuous biological process, moving away from simplified or reductive perspectives. Through visual storytelling, the project frames body knowledge as a form of autonomy.
The menstrual cycle is shown as the interaction between two parallel processes and four key hormones. The piece combines scientific data with a sensitive reading of the body, integrating information on menstrual bleeding, physical symptoms, and emotional changes, without reducing the cycle to a reproductive function.
From an inclusive perspective, the project aims to destigmatize menstruation, promote bodily education, and encourage an informed understanding of one’s own body, recognizing the menstrual cycle as a central aspect of health.
